Le domaine: Jeff Carell est plus oenologue que vigneron, il façonne les vins à sa façon.

Il est né à Paris et a fait des études de chimie puis d’oenologie à Montpellier. Il fera un quasi tour de France pour vinifier, Loire, Alsace, Languedoc… Il a également travaillé pour Mondavi.

Info cuvée:80% de Grenache et 20% de Syrah, 15,5% alcool.

Robe:Rouge cerise du nord, moyennement profond.

Nez:Sur le fruits noirs mais je trouve ce vin peu expressif.

Bouche:Il y a de la matière mais sans mâche, presque laiteux, belles longueur et belle finale sur les fruits noirs.

Ma conclusion: Une belle découverte même si je reste un rien sur ma faim, j’en attendais peut être un peu plus… Je retentirais certainement l’expérience.

Info cuvée:80% de Grenache and 20% de Syrah

Color: Northern cherry red, moderately deep.

Nose: On black fruit but I find this wine not very expressive.

Palate: There is matter but without chews, almost milky, nice length and nice finish on black fruits.

My conclusion: A nice discovery even if I waited some more… I would certainly try it again it the future.

El bodega: Jeff Carell es más enólogo que enólogo, da forma a los vinos a su manera.

Nació en París y estudió química y luego enología en Montpellier. Hará un recorrido virtual por Francia para vinificar, Loira, Alsacia, Languedoc … También ha trabajado para Mondavi.

Información del vino: 80% Garnacha y 20% Syrah

Color: rojo cereza del norte, moderadamente profundo.

Nariz: En fruta negra pero este vino no me parece muy expresivo.

Paladar: Hay materia pero sin masticables, casi lechoso, de buena longitud y agradable final en frutos negros.

Mi conclusión: un buen descubrimiento, incluso si esperaba un poco más … Sin duda lo volvería a intentar en el futuro.
